MaxPrompt is a digital product. Because access to digital goods is provided immediately, we offer refunds in limited cases as described below.

2. Digital Goods

All purchases grant access to software and/or digital content. As such, once access is delivered, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refund

We may consider a refund if:

  • you experienced technical issues preventing you from accessing the product after reasonable troubleshooting, or
  • you were charged by mistake (duplicate payment or incorrect plan).

We may require additional information to verify eligibility. We do not provide refunds based on change of mind after access is delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and include your order details (date, email, and transaction ID if available). We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your access to the product may be suspended while we investigate. We encourage you to reach out so we can help resolve any issues quickly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
